About Haider Tuaima

With more than 20 years working in property development, corporate training, solution development, graphic design and banking industries in the UK, UAE and Iraq, Haider has extensive experience in market research, information management, data analysis, programming, IT management and training.

Acting as a sub-consultant for AECOM UK, Haider successfully researched, analysed and reported key economic data related to Dubai’s population, supply and demand of housing units, as well as other statistics in the region contributing to a major economics and real estate sector report.

Managed Limitless (A Dubai World Company) urban master plan databases, being actively involved with the audit of valuation projects, and the collection and production of market research data.

Haider also supported the Limitless valuation team by providing detailed unit value adjustments for master plans and finished buildings. He managed data mining, statistical analysis and data visualisation business modelling, and project managed valuation reports and monthly market research assignments ensuring quality, budget and on-time delivery.

Haider successfully developed ‘WebPlot’, a web-based master-plan valuation management system managing data of multi-billion USD worth of off-plan property both in Dubai and internationally. This system has allowed valuation updates to be carried out seamlessly and the information to be accessed with ease; leading to a decrease in the time these processes take, as well as helping maximise off-plan sales.

Haider also developed ‘vTrack’ a web-based project/assignment management tool used to produce weekly/monthly KPIs and management dashboard progress reports.

its not rellay that i do agree with all these statements but personally i think property market is not the same now so we better say Dubai used to be Singapore or Switzerland of the Middle East. Now after this huge economic crisis now Property market is not going to be the same.
